My Process
1.Fill out the form
Send your request with all event details (text, dates, colors, inspiration if available).
2.One-on-One Chat
This is a one on one process. I will walk you through each step, give recommendations if needed. Once details are confirmed, payment (or deposit) is required to begin.
I begin working on your design and bring your vision to life with creativity and care.
3.Preview & Revisions
You’ll receive a preview to review. Small revisions are included based on your package.
Final Delivery
Final design is sent in high-quality digital format (PNG/JPG/PDF), ready for use on social media or messaging pl
Services- All services provided are digital design services only. No physical products or printing services are included.
Payments- Full payment or a deposit is required before any design work begins. Work will not start until payment is received.
Turnaround Time - Standard delivery is 1–3 business days depending on project complexity. Rush services may be available for an additional fee.
Revisions - Each package includes a set number of revisions. Additional changes beyond the included revisions may incur extra fees.
Cancellations & Refunds- Once work has started, deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are not issued for completed or delivered work.
Final Files - Final designs are delivered in digital formats (PNG, JPG, or PDF). Editable source files are not included unless agreed upon.
Communication- All communication regarding projects should be clear and submitted in writing. Response time is typically within 24 hours during business days.
